När blir min bokning bindande?
Bokningen blir bindande när du erhållit en bekräftelse på din bokning. 

Avbeställningsskydd ingår i priset
Avbeställningsskyddet gäller i följande fall som inte får ha varit kända när Du bokade: dödsfall, sjukdom eller olycka som drabbat familjemedlem eller nära anhörig. Allvarlig händelse som drabbat er familj eller bostad. Du måste vid begäran kunna styrka ditt förhinder med intyg från t.ex. läkare, myndighet eller försäkringsbolag. Om giltig orsak inte kan styrkas sker ingen återbetalning.

När ska jag betala?
Delbetalning 1: 20% av hyran betalas 10 dagar efter fakturadatum.
Delbetalning 2: Resterande 80% av hyran betala senast 30 dagar före ankomstdagen.
Vid bokning 14 dagar före ankomst skall hela betalning ske direkt.

Vad händer om jag inte betalar i tid?
Om Du inte betalar anmälningsavgiften (20%) i tid kan Din bokning avbokas. Om Du missar att betala delbetalning 2 (slutbetalningen) så kan detta räknas som en avbokning. Om betalning har missats, kontakta omgående receptionen på telefon: 0760 382 003.

Vad händer om jag vill avboka?
Om Du avbokar och vid begäran kan uppvisa intyg på giltigt skäl, (se Avbeställningsskydd ovan), återbetalas inbetalt belopp. 

Avresa tidigare än planerat
Om du väljer att avresa tidigare än planerat återbetalas inga pengar.

Övrigt vid bokning av stugor och campingplats
I hyran för stugor ingår ej städning, sänglinne eller handdukar om inte detta bokats och anges på fakturan.

Du har tillträde till stugan tidigast kl 14.00 på ankomstdagen och måste lämna stugan senast klockan 12.00 på avresedagen.

För campingplats gäller tillträde tidigast kl 14.00 på ankomstdagen och campingplatsen måste lämnas senast klockan 12.00.

Vi har en rekommenderad åldersgräns på 23 år för boende på Fossen Camping, då vi är en familjecamping. Denna åldersrekommendation gäller dock ej barnfamilj.

Observera
Var vänlig kontrollera fakturan noga. Kontrollera att bokningen överensstämmer med vad du bokat.

• Rätt datum för ankomst och avresa?
• Rätt typ av stuga eller campingtomtnummer?
• Har du husdjur med dig eller är allergisk mot husdjur? Kontrollera om husdjur är tillåtna i den bokade stugan. OBS! Tilläggskostnad för pälsdjur 200 SEK.

When does my booking become binding?
The booking becomes binding when you have received a confirmation of your booking.

Cancellation protection is included in the price
The cancellation protection applies in the following cases which must not have been known when you booked: death, illness or accident that affected a family member or close relative. Serious event that affected your family or home. Upon request, you must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from e.g. doctor, authority or insurance company. If a valid reason cannot be proven, no refund will be made.

When should I pay?
Installment 1: 30% of the rent is paid 10 days after the invoice date.
Installment 2: Pay the remaining 70% of the rent no later than 30 days before the day of arrival.
When booking 14 days before arrival, full payment must be made immediately.

What happens if I don't pay on time?
If you do not pay the registration fee (30%) on time, your booking can be cancelled. If you miss paying installment 2 (the final payment), this can be counted as a cancellation. If payment has been missed, contact the reception immediately by phone: 0760 382 003.

What happens if I want to cancel?
If you cancel and, upon request, can present a certificate for a valid reason, (see Cancellation protection above), the amount paid will be refunded.

Departure earlier than planned
If you choose to depart earlier than planned, no money will be refunded.

Other when booking cabins and campsites
The rent for cabins does not include cleaning, bed linen or towels unless this has been booked and stated on the invoice.

You have access to the cabin no earlier than 15:00 on the day of arrival and must leave the cabin no later than 12:00 on the day of departure.

For campsites, access applies no earlier than 13:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the campsite must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. at the latest.

Please check the invoice carefully. Check that the booking corresponds to what you booked.

The right type of cabin or camping plot number?
Do you have pets with you or are you allergic to pets? Check if pets are allowed in the booked cabin. ATTENTION! Additional cost for fur animals SEK 200.
